Refund policy

Orders placed with Tarah by Tripti are not eligible for returns unless there is a valid reason such as product damage, incorrect item, or quality issue.
If a customer receives an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, a return request must be submitted within 48 hours of order receipt, supported by photographs and order details.
Each request will be reviewed by our team, and valid returns will be processed as per brand guidelines. Custom and bespoke products are strictly non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.
